Tenant Policies
Please read through the following to make sure your stay with us is a pleasant.  We also suggest that you visit our Trip Checklist page in order to print out our Rental Agreement and Arrival/Departure Instruction sheet.
On the day of arrival we ask that you arrive after 4 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.  If no one is available when you arrive, please take the key from key lock-box.
On the day of departure you will be requested to leave by 11 AM.  Please print our Arrival/Departure Instruction sheet from the Trip Checklist page to help ensure you receive 100% of your deposit back.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests at our cabin is figured by the number of bedrooms rented.  In case adults rent it only, (i.e. corporate business group, hunting group, fishing group, etc...), then maximum occupancy is 1 adult per bedroom (unless accompanied by spouse).  This includes anyone staying in the bedrooms or anywhere on the property.  Please be aware that there are no campers allowed on the property.  Please check with us if you need additional accommodations as we may be able to help you with that.
Rental Rates
Rental fees are subject to change at owner's discretion.  The price you are quoted at the time of your booking will remain the same.  We do not accept credit cards.  Personal Checks, Money Orders or Certified Checks are welcome.
Damage/Reservation Deposit
A Damage/Reservation deposit of $300 is required.  This must be received within 7 days of booking reservation.  The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.  This deposit is NOT applied towards rent and is fully refundable after departure, providing you have met all the provisions from our Rental Agreement Contract and various instructions provided.
Cancellation Policy
A 30 day notice is required for cancellation in order to receive 100% refund of your deposit.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made less than 15 days of the arrival date will forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit.  Please note that an early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
There are no pets allowed inside the cabin.  Bringing a pet inside the cabin will forfeit your deposit and you may incur additional fees.
There is no smoking allowed inside the cabin.  If you have to smoke, please smoke outside, and pick up your cigarette butts before you check out.  Smoking inside the cabin will forfeit your deposit and you may incur additional fees.
After Your Stay
We put in a lot of effort to keep the cabin looking good, so please take care of the cabin as if it were your own, or better yet, maybe just a little bit better!  Clean up before you leave, so that it looks just like you found it.  Please put everything back in its original place and clean all dirty dishes and put them away.  Please walk the outside and pick up any trash you may have left.  Accidents happen, if you break or damage something, please let me know rather than wait.
