Rental Rates
Rental Rates are subject to change at our discretion. Prices quoted at time of booking
will remain the same. We do not accept credit cards, but personal checks, money orders or
certified checks are welcome.
Weather permitting the cabin will be open in April or May and run through
December. The cabin may be rented during other times with special
arrangements. Our Peak Season begins May 1st and runs through December 31st.

Deposit
A Damage/Reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must
be received within 7 days of booking rental. The deposit
automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon
arrival. This deposit is NOT applied towards rent and is
fully refundable after departure, providing you have met all the
provisions from our Rental Agreement Contract and various
instructions provided.
Payment
Total payment for rental fees is due no later than 7 days before
your rental period begins. While we do not accept credit
cards, personal checks, money orders or certified checks are
welcome.
